CAIRO (Reuters) - Egyptian group Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) said on Wednesday be forming a joint venture with Brazilian FITCO International SA to distribute its fertilizer. The OIC, the largest fertilizer manufacturer in Egypt, signed an agreement with FITCO in March to supply and import of urea to Brazil. FITCO established a trade agreement with Mosaic Global Sales. This company is the commercial part of one of the biggest producers of phosphate, specifically MAP 11-52 and DAP 18-46 of American Origin which is destinated to Brazilian market for trading activities. The first vessel of MAP 11-52 was concluded for shipment on 1st of June 2010.
