CAIRO (Reuters) - Egyptian group Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) said on Wednesday be forming a joint venture with Brazilian FITCO International SA to distribute its fertilizer.
The OIC, the largest fertilizer manufacturer in Egypt, signed an agreement with FITCO in March to supply and import of urea to Brazil.
"We believe the new joint venture will be a platform for growth in Brazil and potentially other South American markets," said Director of FITCO Marcelo Simionato.
